We value your business and aim to ensure the quality and satisfaction of your purchases.

Exchanges Only:

We do not offer cash refunds on our products.
If you have a defective cart we will be happy to assist you with an exchange, given the condition below is met.

Defective Products:

To qualify for a defective vape exchange, the vape must be at least half full.
Cartridges that appear to be less than half full won’t be accepted as an exchange.

RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN
